近期，加州環(huán)境健康危害環(huán)保評(píng)估辦公室（OEHHA）提議修改加州65法案中現(xiàn)有的警告標(biāo)簽要求。加州65法案規(guī)定，人們?cè)趶氖律虡I(yè)活動(dòng)中，如果存在“明顯或意圖暴露已知的可能產(chǎn)生致癌、生殖毒性危害”的情況，相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人須提供警告標(biāo)簽。
修訂案對(duì)警告標(biāo)簽的內(nèi)容和格式做了修改，提出了更多的要求和具體指引，并更加詳細(xì)地指明了警告標(biāo)簽的提供方式。同時(shí)，修訂案還增加了關(guān)于警告標(biāo)簽的提供責(zé)任人章節(jié)。
此外，修訂案還規(guī)定如果產(chǎn)品含有下列這12種化學(xué)品時(shí)，必須將這些化學(xué)品的名稱顯示在警告標(biāo)簽中：丙烯酰胺、砷、苯、鎘、一氧化碳、三（1,3-二氯異丙基）磷酸酯、甲醛、六價(jià)鉻、鉛、汞、二氯甲烷、鄰苯二甲酸酯。
此修訂案的公眾評(píng)議期截止到2015年4月8日；修訂內(nèi)容將在修訂案正式發(fā)布的兩年后開始實(shí)施。
